The lab of smart oxides and beyond focus on the researches of oxide-based ferroics and quantum heterostructure materials. We use and develop new experimental technology and simulation methods to study novel phenomena in the platform of complex oxides, related devices and their applications, such as ferroic system, tunnel junctions and memoristors, heterostructures, dielectric energy storage, pyroelectric and electrocaloric effects.
